2 green bell peppers, sliced
2 yellow bell peppers, sliced
3 medium tomatoes, sliced
1 (8 ounce) bottle balsamic vinaigrette
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
How to Make Tri-Color Pepper Slaw
In a large bowl, gently toss the green bell peppers, yellow bell peppers, tomatoes, balsamic vinaigrette, and feta cheese. Allow to sit 5 minutes before serving.

This recipe was very simple, and fantastic. I threw in some peppers that I had BBQd the night before, and had some left over. Great addition.
Tossed in some fresh basil. Fresh and flavorful.
I tried this recipe 3x. Fresh ingredients all the way. For some reason. The balsamic vinagrette was nasty. I thought darn, bottle is bad even while in date. Went and exchanged it for another brand, same style of dressing. Same problem. I love love all the ingredients, but didnt like the balsamic vinaigrette with my fresh veggies. I really dont know what to say. Sorry. Maybe a different dressing or half of what is suggested in the recipe.
Next time use 1/2 of the balsamic vinegar.
